How this website handles your information.

This website is operated by Sunny Smiles PLLC, trading as Sunny Smiles Dentistry. It is a marketing and scheduling website. It is not a patient portal and it does not store dental or medical records.

Appointment requests

When you submit the appointment request form we receive your name, phone number, email address, whether you are a new patient, the reason for your visit, any preferred time and any message you type. This information is sent by email to the practice so the front desk can contact you and is not stored on this website. Please do not include medical information in the form.

Phone calls

Tapping a phone number on this site places a call from your device. Nothing about the call is recorded by the website.

Analytics and the AI assistant

This website does not use Google Analytics or other third-party analytics or advertising trackers. It does include an AI chat assistant, provided by MIDO Group HQ, that visitors can use to ask questions. If you use it, your messages are sent to and processed by that service in order to respond to you; this website’s own code cannot read that conversation.
